Galvin have been appointed by developer Seabay Pty Ltd to complete a guaranteed maximum price design and construct contract. The client was attracted by our extensive multi unit residential experience.

The project comprises over 8 levels and 40 executive apartments including 2 luxurious penthouses in addition to two retail / commercial areas and basement car park.

Galvin with the novated consultants have adopted some cutting edge design solutions to suit a very difficult ‘boundary to boundary built’ site.
